Section 4. That the City clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special tax bills in favor of the a) ntractor E. F. ',`ieselbach Lonstruction
Co. for the within mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of the
City (f Jefferson, P,, issouri , relative to said kind of work and in
accordance t1th the Charter of said City in regard to said work.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its dassagre and approval.
