SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor
vehicle., or other vehicle, to flail to bring such vehicle to a full and
complete stop on lvladiso.-i before eiitering the Intersection of said
street with Atchison Street from the south.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTICF 3. This ordinance shall take effect arid be in force
