SECTION 1. The alley between High Street and T%' cCarty Street
and between Jefferson 1treet and Adams Street is hereby declared to
be a one-way thoroughfare and traffic moving over the same shall
move in an easterly direction only.
SECTION 2. Jill ordinances or )arts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
