SECTIOV-. 3. The Clerk is hcreby instructed to proceed
at once to ai*nke-out special tax billl under -the seal of the City
of Jefferson, 1"i ssouri, of the aforesaid =- ounts against said lots or
pieces of land in the aforesaid Sevier *"istrict Uo. 76 situated
mentioned and described int he heretofore mentioned sections of this
Ordinance in the name of. the ovi,,ier or owners thereof,, which said
sped al and certified tax bills shall be signed by the Mayor and
attested and recorded by the ity Clerk and delivered to Alvin
Brunner Construction Con-pany the contractor of the work of con-
struction of the aforesaid sewers as provided and required by the
Charter of the City of Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing
and ordering the construction of seviers, in said Sewer District
No.— 76 heretofore passed and approved by.--the Council..
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and a f ter its Massage and approval.

Av ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ROADWAY OF
BINDER DRIVE IN THE BLOCK FROM THE NORTH END OF THE PAVEMENT
ON BINDER DRIVE TO THE CURB LIVE OF OAKVIEW IN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY PAVING WITH CEMENT CONCRETE MATERIAL.
BE IT ORM TIED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Whereas, it was heretofore found and declared
by the City Council, by its resolution, passed and approved on
June 5th. 1950 necessary to pave with cement concrete material
