AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A DEED OF CORRECTION TO CREATE A PUBLIC
ROAD FROM ELLIOTT FARYER Ai�D MARJORIE FARMER, HIS WIFE TO THE
CITY OF JEFFERSO'l , MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the deed of correction to create a public
road from Elliott Farmer aiid Marjorie Farmer, his wife, conveying
the following described real estate to the City of Jefferson, be and
the same is hereby accepted:
A part of., the Northeast quarter of Section sixtAen
(16) Township orty- Four (44) North, Range Eleven (11)
West, and more-particdlarly described as: Beginning on
the east line of said section 1185.6 Beet south of the
northeast corner of said section; thence south 4 degrees
and 30 minutes East (Magnetic) along said section line.,
30.0 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees to the
right, 801.4 feet to the east right-of-way line of U. S.
Highway No. 54; thence tunring an angle of 115 degrees and
38rminutes to the right along and with said right-of-way
line, 20.0 feet; thence tunring an angle of 64 degrees and
22 minutes to the right, 200.0 feet; thence turning an
angle of 64 degrees and 22 minutes to the leftp 13.3 feet;
thence turning an angle of 64 degrees and 22 minutes to
the right., 487.0 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

following described real estate to the kqty of Jefferson, be and
the same is hereby accepted=
