AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF HOEFER LANE AIdD RIVER LANE IN
THE CITY OF JEFFERSOId, MISSOURI, TO RIVERSIDE LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the name of Hoefer Lane aid River 'pane,
in the City of Jefferson Oity, Missouri, from the intersection of
said Hoefer Lane with East High Street to the park area at the •
west end of said River Lane , be and the same ;s hereby changed to
"Riverside Drive".
SEction 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ONE WEEK ANNUAL VACATION FOR ALL STREET
EMPLOYEES WORKING UNDER THE STREET C OrilTI SSI ONER OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSO!', MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. All street employees of the City of Jefferson,
Mjssouri, working under the street commissioner, shall receive
one week vacation with regular pay, annually, provided said em-
ployee has worked for at least one year preceeding his vacation
period, vacation period shall be determined by the street com-
missioner.
Section 2. Ill ordinances or p arts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ALLEY IN THE BLOCK
BETWEEN MADISON STREET, JEFFERSON STREET, MCCARTY STREET AND
MILLER STREET.
BE IT CRDAIEND BY THE CITY COUP;CIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of the alley in the
bolck between °"adison Street, Jefferson Street, McCarty Street
and Miller Street be and hereby is establ ished as follows;
Beginning at the intersection of said alley and the west curb line
of Madison Street, where the elevation of the grade is, 152.80;
