AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN HUTCHISON SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON FROM AN "A" ZONE TO A "B" ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property in
Hutchinson Subdivision of the City of Jefferson, MissouriA be
and the same is hereby rezoned from an "All Zone to a "B" /-one
under the Zoning Ordinance:
Westerly one-half of lot 29 and all of lot
28 of Hutchinson Subdivision of part of Out-
lot No. 6 and all of Outlots 8 and 9 in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. 'his ordinance shall be in force from and after
its passage andrrapproval.
