AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORLIIIANCE 140. 4765 PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE
EAST SIDE OF FORREST HILL FROM WESR MAIN STREET TO MEADOW LANE, AND
TO ENACT IN LIEU THEREOF 1. NEV ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE
WEST' SIDE OF FORREST HILL FROM, WEST IYAIN STREET TO MEADOW LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL aF TIME CITY OF JEFFERSON, It ISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 4765 prohibiting parking on the
east side of Forrest Hill between West Main Street and Meadow Lane,
be and the same is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof a new ordinance
Alk be and the same is hereby enacted to read as follows;
Sectinn2. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor
vehicle on the west side of Forrest Hill from a point starting at the
intersection of Forrest Hill and West Main Street and running in a
northerly direction to the intersection of said Forrest Hill with Meadow
Lane.
Section 3. All Ordinances of parts of ordinances inc onflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
fromand after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE °ROHIBITING PARKING ON THE 11ORTH SIDE OF WEST MCCARTY
STREET FROM THE INTERSECTION OF INSET MCCARTY STREET WITH BOLIVAR STREET
IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF TWO HUNDRED FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to park a
motor vehicle on the North "ide of West McCarty Street from a point
starting at the intersection of said West McCarty Street and run-
ning in an easterly direction a distance of two hundred nineteen
(219) feet.
Section 2. All Ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
