SECTION 3. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to advertise for bids for this improvement. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force- from and after its passage and approval. SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR FOR CONSM11PTION ON THE PREMISES BY PR)9VATE CLUBS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Section 533 (g) of the Revised Ordinances of the ity of Jefferson for 1941 be and the same is hereby amended by adding to said Section 533 (g) the following proviso relating to the amount of license to be paid by private clibs for selling intoxicating liquor for consu­�ption on the premises where sold: "Provided, furhter, that the amount of license fee to be paid by private clibs for license to sell intoxicating liquor with alcoholic content of more that five per cent (5%) by weight for consumption of the premises where sold be One Hundred Dollars ($100)" per year. Section 2. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed, Section 3, 1his ordinance shall take effect and be in force from ends fter its passage and approval.
