AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THIS GRADE T THE R OAD'4AY OF HILLI?ALE
STTEET FR W THE EAST LINE OF 31NDER DRIVE EAST 050 feet.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
SEDTION 1. That -the grade lin e of the roadway of Hillsdale Street
from the east line of Binder Drive east 350 feet be and hereby is
established as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center
line of Hilldale Street and the east line of 3inder Drive, where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 212,22 thence 200 feet on a uniform
grade where the elevation of the grade shall be, 219,16; thence 50
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be ,
220.8; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 222.2; thence 50 feet on a uniform grade where the
elevation 6f the grade shall be, 223.45.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDIIANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF OAKVIEW
STREET, FROM THE EAST LIKE OF BINDER DRIVE EAST 365 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Oakview StteeV,
from the east line of Binder Drive east 365 feet be and hereby is
established as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the
center line of Oakview Street and the east line of Binder Drive,
where the elevation of the grade shall be, 238. 60; thence 50 feet
on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade whall be,
238.1; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of
the grade whall be, 237.4; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where
the elevation of the grade shall be, 236.32; thence 215 feet on a
uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be, 230.84.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances of parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWSL
SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of "inder Drive, from the
south line off' Livingston 6ubdivisi6n north 375 feet be and hereby is
established as followsf
3eginning at the center line of Binder Drive where the same inter-
sects the south line o$' Livingston 0ubdivision, where the elevation of t
the grade shall be, 246.0 thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where
the elevation of the rade shall be 244.1 then 5g feet on a vertic
airve where the elevation of the grade shad be, 0 j
