AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 81, WITHIN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDATHIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
hereby declares and ordaing that it deems it necessary pity sanitary
purposes and for the health of its inhabitants of the to
establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District No. 81 ,
and said district to be established with location and boundaries as
follows: U
Beginning at the northwest corner of lot 30 Block 3 of ity view
Terrace Subdivision; thence east to the northeast corner Hof lot
28 Block 3 of said subdivision; thence in a sputheasterly direction to
the northwest corner of lot 14 Block 4 of said sibdivision; thence
easterly parallel with Swift's Highway 398 feet; thence south
parallel to the Range line, 150 feet to the north line of Swift's
Highway; thence westerly along the north line of Swift 's Highway to the
southwest corner of lot 30 Block 3 of City View Terrace; thence north,
to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER DISTR
ITO. 81, WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., MISSOURI.,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI..
AS FOLLUNS:
SECTI011 1. That the "ity Council of the City of Jeffers n. Missouri,
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort
of the inhabitants of the Oity, and for sanitary purposes, that there
must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District No. 81,
as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the a
same be made and constructed without unnecessary delay and thab said
district sewer be connected with thd into the present sewer at
Station 11 plus 16 in Sewer District 44 on the north side of Swift 's
Highway.
SECTION 2. -'hat the said sewer shall begin at Station 11 plus 16 in
Sewer District No. 44 on the north side of Swift's Highway; thence
westerly along Swift's Highway and parallel thereto 600 feet.
