AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE C OVSTRUCTION OF SOVERS IN SEVER
DISTRICT NO . 78, WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, V;ISSOLW .
BE IT nRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFLRSOI' ,
MISSOURI9 AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City 6ouncil of the C"ity of Jefferson, Missouri ,
hereby declares that it deems if necessary for the health and comfort
of the inhabitants of the City, aid for stn itary Rurposes that there
must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer istrict No.78, as
established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the
same be made and constructed without necessary delay and that the
said district sewer be connected with and into the present sewer at the
northwest corner of Hub and McCarty Streets.
SECTION 2. That the said district sewer shall begin at the present
sewer at. Hub and McCarty Street; thence in a southwesterly direction
104 feetyto a point on the east line of lot 8 Block 2 of Jefferson
Heights ,ubdivision; thence turning an angle of 10 degrees and 26
ninutes ti the right. Also beginning at the present sewer at the
northwest corner of McCarty and Hub Street; thence westerly along
McCarty Street, 307 feet to a poiny ghat is in the center of said xk
street; thence turning anangle of 10 degrees and 25 minutes to the
left 200 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as provided
by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer pipe,,
shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications of the
City Engineer.

SECTION 1. It appearing from the written report of the
City En ineer, the officer in charge of the work of construction
and completing sewers, in Sewer Lis trict Igo. 78, in the `'ity of
Jefferson, M'Lssouri, heretofore submitted by said officer to the
City Council and approvaed and filed by it on this 24th day of
August 1950, at a meeting of the city Council held on this

public highways and it further appearing that the total num'-)er of
square feet coriained in the aggregate number of lots and pieces of
ground situated in the said Sewer District No. 78 exclusive
