Section 1. That Section 648, Revised Ordinances of the
City of Jefferson, 1941 , be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto a new section, relating to license fee for non-
resident photographers, to -be known as Section 648a., and to read
as follows:
"Section 648a. Every applicant for a license under Section
648 above shall file w�,tbtthe License Inspector of the City of
Jefferson a corporat6 V?urd.ty bond, running to the City, in the
amount of $500, with surety acceptable to and approved by the
Mayor, conditioned that the said applicant shall comply fully
wit]h all provisions of the Ordinances of the City of Jefferson and
statutes of the State of h, . ssouri regulating the business of non-
resident photographers, and guaranteeing to aiiy citizen of the
City of Jefferson that all money plid as down payment will be
accounted for and applied according to the representations of
said non-resident photogrw her, and that the work ordered will be
delivered according to the representations of said non-resident
photographer. Action on such bond may be groungt by any Laggrieved
parson in the name of the City to the use of such gggrieved
person. "
Section 3. 4his ordinance shall take effect and be in fo-ce
from and after its pAssage and approval.
