And it further appearing from the sald report that on proper apportionment of said costs such lots or pieces of ground in said Sewer District RTo. 77 , so situated, each square foot of ground contained in said lots or pieces o of ground in said Sewer District No. 77 is chargeable with the sum of $0.02062288 per square foot. NOW, THEREFORE, for the purpose of paying for the work of construction and completion of sewers in said Sewer Vistrict No. 77 together with all necessary laterals, inlets, catch basins, monholes, and other necessary appurtenances thereto appertaining, there is hereby levied and assessed against the several and hereinafter described lots or pieces of ground within the bounds of said Sewer District hTo. 77 `, situated in the name of the respective name of the owner or owners of sa6d lots or pieces of ground, a special tax at the rate of $ 0.02062288 per square foot for each and every square foot of ground so situated as aforesaidt.
