SECTION 3. The City Clerk ishereby instructed to proceed at,
once to aake out special tax bills under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots or
pieces of land in theaforesaid Sewer District No. 77 situated,
mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned sections of this
Ordinance in the name of t1;e owner or owners thereof, which said
spe cial and certified tax bills shall be signed by the Mayor and
attested and recorded by the City Clerk and delivered to
Alvin Brunner Construction Company , the Contractor of the
work of construction of the afoesaid sewers as provided and required
by the Charter of the City of Jefferson and the Ordinances authorizing
and ordering the construction of sewers in said Sewer Detrict No. "•77,
hereoofore passed and approved by the Council .
SECTIGN 4. This Ordinance shalltake effect arldbe in force
from and after its passage and approval.

A NiUNIICIPAL CORPORATION, TO SIGN AND EXECUTE A CERTAIN LEASE OBI THE
PART OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON1, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN! SET OUT.
BE IT ORDAI19D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, a
municipal corporation, is hereby authroized to $ign and execute, on
behalf of the City of Jefferson, M"'ssouri, as lessee, a certain
lease covering the property on which the City Scales are located,
situated at the northeast corner of Harrison and West Main Streets in the
City of Jefferson, the terms of which are as follows:
