2. Operator agrees to pay the fees herein reserved
on or before the 15th dny of the month followirig the operation
month. In the event the fees are not paid by such date,,
operator agrees to pay Interest on the unpaid balance at the
rate of 4, and the owner may, at its option, cancel this agree-
ment.
3. Operator further agrees to keep and maintain the
areas used by him in his operations on and from the Jefferson
City Memerial Airport in a clean and sanitary condition at all
times, and free from rubbish, wrecked plenes, parts , and debris
of all kind, under the supervision and-to the satisfaction of
the Airport Advisory Committee of the City of Jefferson, Mjssouri,

OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AND DEFINING THE 13OU14DARIES THEREOF.

BE I T �ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERS017j,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI0141 1. That the City council of the Lity of Jefferson,
Mlssouri., hereby deHaces and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health of its inhabitants
of the City to establish a Sewer -Listrict to be known as Sewer
District No. 83, and said district to be established with
location and boundaries as follows: Beginning at the northwest zz
corner of lot 1 Block 2 of City view Terrace Subdivision, said
point of beginning being the southeast corner of Darlene Drive
and Linden Drive, thence south aldng the east line of Darlene
Drive to the southwest corner of lot 3 Block 2 of said subdivision;
thence easterly along the southerly line of lots 3,4,5,6, 7,8,9
and 10 Olock 2 of said subdivision to the westerly line of
Pamela Drive; thence northerly along said westerly line of Pamela
Drive to the southerly line of Linden Drive; thence westerly to
the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances of parts of Ordinances inconflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
