SECTION 2. That the said road of Wayne Avenue from the center
of the intersection of Wayne Avenue and the east lire of lot 10 _

in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted by the
City Engineer and filed in the office of the City Clerk, and that
the total cost of the work aforesaid shall be charged and levied
as a special assessment against the real e state abutting and fronting
on said contmmplated improvement, and special tax bills shall be
issued therefor, as provided in the City Charter, ad in Sections
764,765, 7:66 and 767 of Chapter 13, of the Revised Ordinances of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri , 1941, and of the Revised Statutes of the
State of Missouri, 1949,and amendments thereto
SECTIOEI 3. The City Engineer is hereby instructed to advertise
for bids for this improvement.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COM-!C IL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Whereas, it was heretofore found and declared by
the City Council, .by its resolution, .passed arid approved on
September 11th, 1950 necessary to pave with penetration
bituminious macadam, or Portland cement concrete
the roadway of McKinley Street in the block from
the center of the intersection of McKinley Street
and Hough Street to the center of the intersection
of — YLcKinley _Street and Edwards Street
and it appearing to the City Council that said resolution has been
