as provided adrequired by the Charter of the City of Jefferson
and the Ordinances authorizing and ordering the construction of
sewers in said Sewer District No. 80 , heretofore passed and
approved by the Council.

AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE WARRANTY DEED FROM THE OTT REALTY COR'PANY
FOR CERTSIN CONVEYED PROPERTY T THE CITY OF JEFFERSO!';,MISSOURI, AS
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, T'.ISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Warranty Deed from the Ott Realty Company, to
the City of Jefferson, M, ssouri , conveying to the said City the
following described real estate, to-wit:
The following described roadway for Public Road Purposes, to-wit:
A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width lying in Outlot Plumber 102,
in the City of Jefferson, M-ssouri, the center line of the samer
being described as: Beginning at a point in the center of the Bald
Hill Toads said paint being North 3 degrees West (Magnetic ) 664 feet
to the southeast corner of said Outlot; thence Eorth 85 degrees East
420 feet, be and the same is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinar ce are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance d call take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC AT THE INTERSECTION OF HIGH AI,;D
1,ULBERRY STREETS IId THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ArvD PROVIDING
A PFATALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAIPED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO.:, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It sha; ; be unlawful for the driver of any motor
vehicle, or any other vehicle , to fail to bring such vehicle to a
Hull and complete stop an Mulberry Street before entering the inter-
section of said street with W—st High Street.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor
vehicle, or any other vehicle, to fail to bring such vehicle to a
full and complete stop on West Iligh Street before entering the
intersection of said street with V.ulberry Street.
Section 3. It shall be unlawful for the driver of aVryy motor
vehicle or any other vehicle, tof d 1 tobring such vehicle tc a full
and complete stop on the east-bound access road, before entering the
intersection of West High Street and Mulberry Street.
