AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC ST THE INTERSECTION OF WEST HIGH
STY:TEET ARD Y-ULj3ERRY STREET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCITI, OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI',
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor
vehicle, or any other vehicle, traveling in a westerly direction on
West High Street to make a left turn from sa2d street on the Mulberry
Street at the intersection of said streets in the %a ity of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 2. nyone convicted of violating this ordinm ce shall
be punished by a fine of not more than one hun�red dollars, or by
imprisonment injcail not to Exceed ninety days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinaaces in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be In force
from and fter its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SO MUCH OF SECTIO-1,41 57,, REVISED ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OP JEFFERSON, 1941, AS RELATES TO STOP SIGN ON WALNUT STREET.
AT THE INTERSECTION OF SAID STREET WITH HIGH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Oo much of Section 57, Revised Ordinances of the
City o f Jefferson, 1941, as makes it unlawful for the driver -.of amy
motor vehicle or any other vehicle to bring such a vehicle to a
full and complete stop on Walnut Street before entering the inter-
section of said street with West High Street is hereby repealed.
Section 2. "his ordinm ce shall take e f feet and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
