AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PAr,'KIIIG ON THE EORTH SIDE OF WEST HIGH STREET
FROM THE INTERSECTION OF SAID STREET WITH BOLIVAR STREET TO THE
VIADUCT ONT WEST 'HIGH STREET, AMID PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION
TI+EREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONi, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of
any motor vehicle, or any other vehicle, to park the same at any
time on the North side of West High Street between the intersection
of said street with Bolivar Street and the west end of the Viaduct
on Vest High Street.
Section 2 anyone convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of riot more
than one hundred dollars or imprisonment in jail not to exceed
ninety days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE 'WEST BOUND ACCESS ROAD TO THE
VIADUCT ON WEST HIGH STREET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the driver of
any motor vehicle, or any other vehiile, to park the same at any time
on the west-bound acQess road to the viaduct on West High Street in the
City of Jefferson, M ,ssouri.
Section 2. Anyone convicted of the violation of any provision
of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not more than one
hundred dollars or imprisonment in jail not to exceed nunety days of
both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. All ordinances or p its of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and b e in force
from and after its passage and approval.
