An ORDINANCE REGULATING T13AFFIC AT THE INTERSECTION OF WALNUT STREET
WITH THE WEST BOUND ACCESS ROAD TO THE VIADUCT ON WEST HIGH STREET
AND PROVIDING A PE1,',ALTY FOR THE VIOLATIO THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAIIIED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON., VISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Sectidn 1. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor
vehicle, or any other vehicle, to fall to bring such vehicle to a full
and complete stop on the west bound access road to the viaduct on West
High Street., before entering the intersection of said west bound access
road and Walnut Street.
Section 2. "nyone convicted of a violation of any provision of
this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not more than one
hundred dollars or imprisonment in jail not to exceed ninety days of
by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4 Whis ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after Ns passage and approval.
