Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. *'his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDII!AiqCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 5300 of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , prohibiting parking on the west side pf Ash Street and to
enact in lieu thereof a new ordinance relating to the same subject T.
BE IT ORDAI14ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 5300 of the k"ity of J.efferson.,
Missouri , prohibiting parking on the West side of Ash Street is hereby
repealed, and in lieu thereof there is hereby eriacted a new ordinance
relating to the same subject, to read as follows:
"Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the driver of ;.-agy.
motor vehicle, or any other vehicle, to park the same on the west
side of Ash Street from the intersection pf said Ash Street with east
High Street south for adistance of fifty-five (55) feet from said
intersection.
Section 2. anyone convicted of a violation of this ordinance
shall be punished by a fine oil not irore than one handred dollars
or by imprisonment in jail not to exceed ribnety dyys, or by both such
fine anc. imprisonment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and b e in force
from and after its passage and approval

AN ORDINANCE CREATIEG angle parking on Washington street between
the intersection of said street and west Ashley street and the alley,
north of said intersection.
BE IT ORDAII,!ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSCU , MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Vehicles shall be parked on Washington Street
between the Intersection of said street and West Ashley Street and
the alley north of said intersection so that the right side of the
vehicle shall form a thirty degree angle with the curb line with
the front of the vehicle next to the curb on the East side of said
street and the rear- end next to the curb on West side of said street
Section 2 nopone convicted of a violation of this
ordinance shall ;e punished by a fine of !iot more than one hundred
dollars or by imprisonment in jail not to exceed ninety days or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
