JEFFERSO'?, MISSOURI, AN DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUI•;CIL OF TIC" CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTMET 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for tanitary
purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District No.
84, acid said district sewer to be established with location and
boundaries as follows: Beginning at a point that is 297 feet north
of the south line of Outlot 106 acid 242.8 feet east of the west line
of Outlot 106; thence North 35 degrees and 30 minutes East (Magnetic )
and parallel to the west line of said 0„tlot 335 feet to the south
line of the Green Berry Road; thence South 53 degrees and 10 minutes
East, 360. 5 feet; thence ~outh 35 degrees and 10 minutes West 327 feet;
thence North 54 degrees and 45 minutes West 360 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSOI', 14ISS01M ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the �'ity Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort
of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposes thst there
must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer istrict No. 84,
as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer arid it is ordered that
the saine be made and constructed without unnecessary delay ad that
said district sewer be connected with and into the present sewer at
a point 447 feet north of the south line of Outlot 106 an d 185 feet
east of the west line of said Outlot.

feet north of the south line of 0 tlot 106 and 195 feet east of the
west line of said Outlot; thence North 54 decrees and 45 minutes
