It shall be unlawful for the drivwr of any motor vehicle, or any other vehiclo, proceeding in a westerly direction on West Main Street, to fail to bring such vehicle to a full and com- plete stop before entering the intersection of said street with West High Street. Section 2. "rpone convicted of a violationof any of the pro- visions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemenaor. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its ' passage and approval. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor vehicle, or any other vehicle, to park the same on the south side of west High Street from the intersection of said street with Havana Street east for a distance of seventy (70) feet . Section 2. :Xnyone convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeamr. Section 3.
