Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the driver of aiq motor
vehicle, or any other behicle, to fail to bring such vehicle to a
full and complete stop cpn Hough Street before entering the inter-
section of said street with Itiverside Drive.
Section 2. knyone convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misderilem or.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE CREATING ONE-WAY TRAFFIC ON THE ACCESS ROADS TO THE
VIADUCT ON !''%ZEST HIGH STREET, AI7D PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLAT IOP.
BE IT ORDAIIIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. 1ne access roads to the viaduct on West High Street,
extending between Wklnut a d Mulberry Streets on either side of said
viaduct, are hereby declared to be oe6mlay streets, and it shall be
unlawful for the driver of any rr:otot vehicle, or al y other vehicle,
to drive the same in a direction other t;-an west on the accessroad
located on the north side of said viaduct, or to drive the same in a
direction other that east on the access road located on the s4 th side
of said viaduct.
Section 2. Anyone convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shalltake effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
