BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSC,V,CITY

Section 1. The plat of Livingston 'ubdivision attached
hereto and made a, part hereof isc-.heteby ,accepted 'by the City Council
and approved.
Section 2. All the streets, lallevsL avid thoroughfgres on the
plat of Livingston Subdivision tttadhed to this ordinance and amde a
part hereof are her5by accepted by the City of Jefferson City,,
Missouri., for public use forever.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force

EXEMPTING THE SAME FROI, THE REQUIREMENTS OF AND EXCLUDING THE
DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE BUILDING CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON RELATING *TO ITS FIRE LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCITI, OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO'!, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the hereinafter described real estate situated
within Jefferson City, Cole M ounty, Missouri , and described as
follows, to wit:

Missouri., particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said
Inlot, said point being 55 feet 712 -inches southerly from
the northeasterly corner ofsaid Inlot No. 291. thence
running westerly parallel with the northerly line thereof,
23 feet., thence southerly parallel with the easterly line
the?-eof, 143 feet 12 inches more or less to the public
alley, thence easterly along said public alley, 23 feet
