WHEREAS, certain properties were acquired by the Carteret Redevelopment
Agency, Borough of Carteret, exempt Organizations or taxpayers provided
documentation of timely payments or posting reclassifications, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending cancellation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough of
Carteret; County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel taxes as
follows:
