BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COLI40IL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSMI ,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1.That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
N, ssouri, hereby declares and ordaines that it deems it
necessary for sanitary purposes arid for the health ar)d comfort of i
its inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be
known as Sewer "istrict I?o. 85, arid said district sewer to be
with location abd boundaries as follows. Beginning on the East
line of Par..ela Drive at the northwest
corner of lot 48 Block 3 in Uty View Terrace; thence westerly
to the northwesterly corner of lot 11 Block 2 in Sity View
Terrace; thence southerly along the westerly line of lots 11
to 22 inclusive of Block 2 of said subdivision to the northerly
