3 of said Subdivision; thence in an easterly direction to the
southeasterly corner of said lot 34; thence northerly along
the westerly line of lots 34 and 48 inclusive Block 3 of City
View Terrace to the northeasterly corner of said lot 48; thence
westerly along the northerly line of said lot 48 to the south-
easterly corner of lot 1 I'lock 3 of said subdivision; thence
northerly along the easterly line of said lot 1 to the southerly
line of Linden Drive; thence westerly along Linden Drive to the'
easterly line of Pamela Drive; thence southerly along the east-
erly line of Pamela Street to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. this Ordinance shalltake effect and be in force
from andafter its iassage and approval.

AN ORDINAvCE PROVIDII%"G FOR THE CONSTRUCTION IF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT #85 WIT`'IT4 THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAI14ED BY THE CITY COUECIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO1,11 ,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the Gity of Jefferson,
Missouri , hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for fhe
sanitary purposes that there must be constructed as soon as
possible In Sewer -Listrict No. 85, as established b-, Ordinance,
a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be made and
constructed without unnecessary d1lay and that said district
sewer be connected with and into the present sewer at a point
120 feet westerly of the center line of Pamela Street and on the
south side of Linden Drive.
SECTION 2. That the said klistrict sewer shall begin at the
manholes on the south side of Linden Drive 120 feet westerly
of the center line of Pamela Drive, thence easterly 120 feet
to the center line of Pamela Street; thence southerly y -along
the center line of Pamela Street 825 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects A6k
as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
and specifications of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
