AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Assistant Chief of Police of the 'it, of
Jefferson, I.'; ssouri , shall receive as salary the sum of X235.00
per month.
Section 2. That the Desk SerG(,ant sand the Traffic Sergeant of the
Police Department of the City of Jefferson, shall receive as salary the
su, of y!'235.00 per month.
Section 3. That all refculfar )atrolmen and traffic officers of the
Police Department of the City of Jefferson shall receive as salary the
sum 6f 210.00 per month.
Section 4. this ordinance, and the raises herein provided for,
shall be in force and ta;ce effect from and after the lst day of
March , 1951.
Section 5. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. That Ordinance T.o. 5188 of the City of Jefferson,
1, - ,ssouri .relating to the salary to be paid to the Chief of the r ire
Department, Assistant Fire Chiefs, Captains and all re -ular firemen of
the V'ire Department of the Uity of Jefferson, i:'yssouri , be al-,d the same
is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof a new ordinance relating to tine
same sub,;,ect be, and the same is hereby enacted, to read as follows:
Section 2. That the Chief of the "' ire Department of the City of
Jefferson, Y ssouri, shall receive as salary the sum of $275. 00
per month.
Section 3. That the Assistant Fire Chiefs of the -"'ire Department
of the City of Jefferson shall receive as salary the sum of X236.00
per month.
Section 4. Thnt each of the captains of the " ire Department of
the pity if Jefferson, N"`-ssouri , shall receive as salary the sum of
$230.00 per month.
