AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance 11o. 5190 of the City of Jefferson..
V_ssou.ri , relating to the cor•.pensation Laid to street laborers of the
City of Jefferson, T" ssouri, be arid the same is hereby repealed, and in lieu
thereof a rew ordinance be aid the same is hereby enacted, relating to the
same subject: o.nd to read as follows:
Section 2. All street laborers of the City of Jefferson, I-,'issouri,
shall receive One and 10/100 Dollars (.;x1. 10) per hour for the time actually
employed, and shall be Maid therefor at the erid of each week by the .Street
Commissioner whose duty it shall be to :Peep accurate accounts of all
labor and report the same at each re -ular meeting of the City Col.inci ; .
Section 3. Said street laborers shall receive said. One and 10/100
Dollars Q*1.10) per hour starting as of P::arch 1, 1251.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and a!)proval.
