SECTIO14 2. Each of the lots or pieces of ground so mentioned
and refigrred to in Section 1 of this Ordinance, against which a
special tax bill is specified in Section 1 of this Ordinance Is
levied and assessed arid the same is hereby levied arid assessed andtle
description of said lots or pieces of ground and the same of the
owner or owners thereof in which the tax is levied and assessed and
the costa per square foot and the amount assessed each lot or piece
of ground in said Sewer District No. 84 situated in the anme
of the owner or owners thereof, the number of square feet owned by
each property holder in the lots or pieces of ground owned by each
owner in said Sewer District 110. 34 is as follows:
Jacob & fi'.agdalen C. K'lb, owners of part of Outlot lo6, described
as: Beginning at a point that is 297 feet north of the south line
and 242.8 feet east of the west line oi' said Outlot; thence North
35 degrees and 30 minutes East (I..''dgnoticO and parallel to the West

Road; thence South 53 degrees aid 10 minutes East, 360.5 feet;

SECTIO!" 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to proceed
at once to rake out special tax bills under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, N.' ssouri, of the aforesaid amounts against said lots
or pieces of land in theaforesaid Sewer District No. R4 situated,
mentioned and described in the heretofore mentioned sections of
this Ordinance in the name of the owner or owners thereof, which
said special and certified tax bills shall be sif..fned by the Mayor
and attested and recorded by the pity Clerk and delivered to
Schell Construction Company 9 the contractor of the work
of construction of the aforesaid sewers as provided and required
by the Charter oft he City of Jefferson and the Ofdinances authoriz -n
arid ordering the construction of sewers in said Sewer "District
No. 84 heretofore passed and approved by the Council.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage aced approval.
