AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF EMINENCE DR VE
FR(X THE SOUTH CURB LIFE OF VORELA"D AVENUE SOUTH 310 FRET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
F ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO',i 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Eminence Drive ,
from the south curb line cif Moreland Avenue, south 310 feet be
and hereby is established as follows: Bocrinning at the intersection
of the south curb line of Moreland Avenue and the center line of
Eminence Drive, where the elevation of the grade shall be,293. 55; 1
thence 175 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the
grade shall be, 300.13; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where Lhe
elevation of the grade shall be, 301.17; thence 50 feet on a ver-
tical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be,300.25; the ice
35 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall
be, 299. 05.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from nd
after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUIJCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSOIv,
Pry ISSOUR I, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It dnall be unlawful for any person to permit
motor vehicle to remain ;barked longer than two hours on West
Main Street from the inte;rsecticn o1' said street with I,"ulberry
Street to the intersection of said street with the railroad ;
tracks of the Bagnel Branch Line, between the hours of seven,
o 'clock a.m. to six o 'clock P.Y. during week days. i
Section 2. Anyone convicted of a violation. of any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor.
Section 3. All ordinm ces or parts of ordinances in conflipt
with this ordinance are hereby repealed. I
