BE MT ORDAINED BY TFE COUTJCIL CF THE CITY OF jEFFERSO? , T?ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. `there is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of McCarty Street from the intersection of McCarty Street and .Hub Street to the intersection of McCarty Street and the pavement at the alley on the east side of ista Place in the uity of Jefferson, M. ssouri , for the improvement of th roadway x:k McCarty Street aforesaid, including such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement didewalk, the sum of 9561.47 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said McCarty street afoesaid, between the aforesaid streets amounts to 1355.9 , running feet; the cost price per running foot is 4.91 plus 42. 00 per lineal foot for curb & gutter Section 2. For the purpose of ,-)aying said improvement of said roadway of I,cCarty Street from the intersection of McCarty Street and Hub Street to the intersection of McCarty Street and the pavement at the alley on the east side of Vista Place there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of q 4.91 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway of McCarty Street between the aforesaid streets, and contained in such lot or piece of >--round fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said McCarty Street from the intersection of McCarty Str et and Ilub Street to the intersection of I;icCarty Street and the oave- , ment at the alley on the east side of Vista Place.
