Section 5. In the event there 1s fro parking space available at xr¢ ax or near the place where delivery is to made or service to be pe - formed,any vehicle so registered and maked shall be permitted t park, for necessary delivery or service, for a period of time not to exceed fifteen (15) minutes, as close to the right hand side of the street as practicable; Vrovided, however, that such met),od of parking, commonly called 'double parking" shall not b permitted during the following periods: B:00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. ; 11;45 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Section 6. Penalty. Any person violating any of the provision of this rdinance, including the making of a false registration `of any vehicle as service car or delivery car, shall, on convictio be punished by a fine of riot more than One Hundred Dollars ($10d) or imprisonment in the City Jail riot t:; exceed ninety (90) days,I or by both such fine and imprisonmerit. Section 7. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict ` with this ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they do so conflict. Section 8.
