Section 3. One of said six (6) traffic policemen shall be designate
a sergeant by the 14a-, or with the approval and ccn.sent of the City
Council and shall be in charge of the roF,ular traffic policemen in I
a supervisory capacity and see that tine regular trttf.fic policemen f
conply with the orders Of the Iti W or as regards the re,-;elation of
traffic. Said sergeant shall be accountable directly to the Mayor
for the functioning; and operation of the traffic policemen of the
Traffic Department and said sergeant shall receive Two hundrOd
thirty five ($235. 00) Dollars per mouth as salary for tkie _perform-
arice of his duties. The regular traffic policemen shall be account-
able to the sergeant and obey his :)rders and obey his orders in the
performance of their duties as well as being accountable to the
Mayor for same. The regular traffic policemen shah. receive Two
hundred and ton (210.00) dollars per month as salary for the
performance of their duties.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are IZ.reby repealed.

SECTICH 1. That the City Council of the Oity of Jefferson, I.tissour ,
hereby declares and ordaLns that it deems it neces ary for sanitar
and for the ..hiaalth of its inhabitants ::f the City to estaboish a
Sewer District to be known as Sealer District No. 871 and said
district to be established w1ith locatl.on and boundaries as follows
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Outlot 106; thence north-
erly along the easterly line thc.reof, 435.0 Feet; thence westerly
parallel to the southerly line of said 01itlot, 223.0 feet to the
easterly line of the GreenBerry Road; thence southerly along the
easterly line of the Green i3erry Road to the southerly line of
0 tlot 106; thence easterly 335. 0 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. All Ordinances of parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are Hereby 1epealed.
