SECTICId 2. That said sewer shall bed in at t;io manhole that stands �pn
the line between lots 12 and 13 of Kolb 's "subdivision of )art of I t.lot
106, said manhole being 57.7 feet :rest of the northeast corner of Clot
13; thence easterly along the northerly line of lot 13 for a disc hce
of 102.35 feet; thence turning an anL;le of 113 degrees and 15 mint es
to the right 13£3 fieet.
SECTIOIJ 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as provLded
by ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer pip ,
shall be constructed according fo the plans and specifications of the
City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from Id
after its passage and approval.

the City Council proposed to rezone and dedistrict certain real es ate
hereinafter described for an "A" district to a "H" distiiiet to pro
vide for the best interests of the public, and
VIHEREASY a notice of said proposition was published in the
Jefferson City Post-Tirbune on the 9th day of July, 1951, in accor
ance with the Statutes of the State of V. ssouri, notifying all int r-
ested parties of said proposition and that the City Council would
