Public Request or Comments: None New Business: The committee reviewed the Simmon's Letter to the city, requesting a credit for Janet Simmons season pass and the Simmon's trail fee to the 2001 golf season. The committee approved the request and motion was made and seconded, carried unanimously to recommend the credit of Janet Simmon's season pass and the Simmon's trail fee to the 2001 golf season. Old Business: None Call For Additional Items: Dari McKim made a request to hide the maintenance building after a request was made. Dan Pillard reported that a burm was constructed around the facility to block the view to the yard. This was done in response to requests to the city. Committee discussed the In Idaho agreement, Dan will gather invoices and report on the status during the December meeting. Roger Snodgrass reported that he would like to see additional storage for the clubhouse fixtures. The committee recommends that the city develop additional enclosed storage for the clubhouse fixtures, supplies and items. Staff Reports: Mary Clemmer - Mary presented the clubhouse deposits for Sept/Oct of the 2000 golf season. Dan Pillard — Dan reported that all chemical and fertilizer applications were applied prior to the permanent snowfall. All greens and tees with surrounding areas were treated. Fairways were not treated, due to budget restrictions. Dan reported that many dead trees were removed, mainly for reduction of the spread of disease, insects and the liability of a dead tree falling on someone playing golf. Dan also reported that a sewer was installed for Spring Mountain Ranch. The sewer line crosses the ninth fairway and will require fill and sod in the spring. The cartpath by the ninth green was moved to the right to accommodate the SMR Development. Carl Hoss — Carl presented revenue figures for the 2000 golf season.
