at Page 39, Cole County Recorder's Office, in the City of Jefferso ,

Jefferson, Missouri , to execute all tiecessary instruments to the
owners of the adjacent lots to and for said drive so vacated, as tie
Parties e,ititled thereto, as shown by therecord title to said ad-
jacent and abutting property aLid declaring a reverter to the respe t -
ive owners of said real estate.
WHEREAS, It has beei, shown to the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , that the owners of the abutting property on
Schott Drive in Segottls Subdivision of Sunset Hill as of record
in Plat 2 at Page 39, Cole County Recorder Is Office, in the City
Jefferson, Missouri , have usedm improved and occupied, and are slow
using and occupying said abutting and adjacent ]a nd so that said d ive
has ceased to be of aily use or beciefit as a public thoroughfare an
that it viould riot inconvenience the public or the citizens of the 61 ity
of Jefferson, Missouri , to discontinue acid vacate said drive as a
public thoroughfare, therefore:
BE; IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Y4 ssouri , deems it necessary aid a xped'ent to vacate an

to execute and deliver all proper aiLd sufficient writings, or iiist u-
merits for, on behalf or in the name of the City to fully and com
pletley establish and guarantee to the adjacent and abutting property
owners th&ir legal rights in connection with the above vacation of
said Drive.

AN ORDINANCE ANEivDING SECTION 2 OF ORDI1vANCE NO. 5156 OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSONP MISSOURI, BY CHAivGIlvG THE WORD "TWO" IN THE FIRST
LINE THEREOF TO THE WORD "THREE".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO T
AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No . 5156 of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, be and the same is hereby amended by delet ng
the word "two" iii the first line of Section 2, aiid inserting in li u
thereof the word "three", so that, as amended, said Section shall.
