WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Jefferson, by res
olution duly passed, has declared the a dvisibility of rezoirrg the l
within described laird from a Listrict B to a bisttict F Classific tion9

WHEREAS, All interested parties have beery Notified that th
City Council of the City of Jefferson m uld hold a public hearing
on the question of whether or riot said laird should be so rezoned
by the publication of notice in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City more than fifteen days prior to said hearing; and
WHEREAS, The City Council of the 6ity of Jefferson, has
given all parties an opportunity to be heard upon the question of
whether or riot said laud should be so rezoned: NOW, THEREFORE, '
BE IT ORDAIrvED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 'OF JEFFERSON, MISS UR,I,
AS F OLLOWS:
Section 1. That the zoning ordinances of the City of JePfe son

land shall be classified as Di trict F instead of District B as
heretofore. Said land is described as follows:

Missouri.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in confll ct
with this ordinance are hereby repealed insofar as they so confli t.
Sectiotr 3, phis ordinance shall become effective immedia ely
upon its passage acrd approval.

AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Urdinarrce ivo. 5429 of the City of Jeffersozf,
Missouri, approving the plat of Livingston Heights Subdivision, a
thereto attached, be arid the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That the plat of Livingston Heights Subdivision
attached hereto arid rr.ade a part hereof is hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council.
Section 3. All the streets, alleys arid thoroughfares as sh wri
orr the plat hereto attached are hereby accepted by the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, for public use forever.
