BE IT BRDAINED BY THE CITY COUsvCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Whereas, H. C. Schneider, G. W. "inters, acid G. W. Lord, acc
others, have filed a petition with the City Council requesting it
to amend, change and reclassify the present zoning of the land
hereinafter described.;.:-find
WHEREAS, the City Council has referred the matter to the
Zoning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said commission has made its report recommeriding
that said land be rezoned from a District "A" to a District "E";
and
WHEREAS, ALL IcvTERESTED PARTIES HAVE BEEcv NOTIFIED THAT
THE Cit7* Council of the City of Jefferson would hold a public

Section 1. Hereafter, the following described laud owned by
H. C. Schneiderm G. W. vvinters, G. W. Lord and others shall be
classified as a District "E" under the zoning ordinances of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri . Said land is more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
"All of lots 1, 3 and 4 in Tract "B" acid all of Tract
"D" of Southwood Hills Addition; and
A tract of land fronting 354 feet on U. S. Highway
