WHEREAS, Mr. & Mrs. Paul Volkmer, Mr. & Nlrs. Edward Kaiser
Mr. &. bfrs. Otto Hirschman, H, E. harfstl,: Albert E. Meloy, Mrs. E. L.
Hymel, Mr. & errs. Leslie Blackwell, Mr. & '"Irs. Milo H. Walz, Jr. ,
Frank Oidtman, Louis V. Lohman acid Chet A Platt have filed a pets ion
with the City Council requesting it to amend, change and reclassi y the
present zoning of the land hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has referred said petition to th
zoning -commission; aild
WHEREAS, said Commission has made its report recommending 1hat
said land be rezoned from a District "A" to a District "B" ; and
WHEREAS, all interested parties have been notified that th
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Mx ssouri, would hold a pub is
hearing otr the question of whether or not said land should be so e-
zoned by the publication of notice in a newspaper of general circ lation
in the City more than fifteen days prior to said hearing; and
.WHEREAS. the Oity Council of the City of Jefferson has given all
parties an opportunity to be heard upon the question of whether oi not
said land should be so rezoned:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT CRDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EFFER-.c-
SON. MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
'Section 1. Hereafter the following described land shall h
classified as a District "B" under the zoning ordinances of the C ty
of Jefferson Missouri:

Section 2. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in confli t
