E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI S FOLLOWS; Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, 4issouri , hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary, purposes that there must be' constructed as so,on as possible in Sewer District 0.80 "A", as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is rdered that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary de ay and that the said district sewer be connected with arid into the resent sewer on the north side of U.S.Highw ay No. 50. Section 2. That said district sewer shall begin at a point hat is 11.25 feet south of the north line of U.S.Highway No. 50 and 53 feet easterly of the east line of the Dix Road; thence north t ;right angles to said Highway 171.3 feet; thence turning an angle f 2 degrees arrd 50 minutes to the left, 414.8 feet; thence turning ri angle of 92 degrees and 47 minutes to the left, 157.5 feet; thenc turning an angle of 87 degrees and 13 minutes to the right, 155.0 feet; therrceturning an angle of 99 degrees arid 49 minutes to the ight 100.0 feet. Also beginning at a point that is 575. 0 feet nort f :U.S.Highway No. 50 and 272.2 feet east of -the Dix Road; thence ast parallel to U.S.Highw ay No. 50, for a distance of 173.0 feet; hence turning an angle of 92 degrees and 47 minutes to the left, 14.4 feet; thence turning anarrgle of 80 degrees arrd 11 minutes to he left, 68. 6 feet.
