(Section 2. All ordinames or parts of ordinances in• conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed..
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

DISTRICT NO. 74"A" WITHIn THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI

IBE IT ORDAIiNED BY THE CITY COUDICIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,DIiI.SSOURI
1 FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and com-
fort of the iiihabitaiits of the City, and for sanitary purposes that
there must be coListructed as soon as possible in Sewer District No.
74"A", as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer aiid it is order-
ed that the same be made, and constructed without unnecessary delay
and thatthe said distridt,, de*erl,be conn-cted with and into the pre-
sent sewer that is on the center line of Hough Park Road, 131. 0 feet
southerly of the northerly line of Outlot 108.
Section 2. That said sewer shall begin at a point on the center
Iline of the Hough Park Road, 131.0 feet southerly of the northerly'
lire of Outlot 108; thence southerly along-Q, the center line of Hough
Park Road, 770.0 feet to a point on extended southerly line of lot* 4
Block 1 of WiL.Lston Heights Subdivision; thence westerly 91 ong said
Iline 185. 0 feet to the southeasterly corner of lot 4 Block 1 of said
!Subdivision; thei,ce southerly along the westerly line of lots 53, 6
17 and the extension thereof 195.0 feet.
Section 6. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as pro-
vided by Ordinance and shall be cois tructed of standard glazed sewer'
pipe, shall be co,,Lstructed accordiiig to the plans aiid specifications
of the City Eiigineer.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

officials of the City Of Jefferson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAIi,4ED BY THE CITY COU' CIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. For the month of March, 1952, and each succeeding month,
until chani-,,ed by law, the following appointive officials of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri , shall receive as compensation a salary as
set out below, in addition to all other allow- ni,ces now in force:
