BE IT ORDAD\JED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, N ISSQ 111 ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOiv 1. "henever it shall become necessary, as incident
to the making of an arrest withiii the city of Jefferson, Missouri,
to tbmove the automobile of the person arrested from the stre ets
of the City of Jefferso►i., she fee therefor shall be reported to th
Police Judge, which said amount shall b e taxed as costs in the case ,
and paid as other costs iil the case.
SECTIOiv 2. All ordinaLices or parts of ordinances in conflic
