Section 1. The b.ayor of the City of Jefferson., M'-issourif
is hereby a,ithorized and directed to sigi, arid execute, on behalf
of the said City, at, agreement with J. Raymoiid 113rummett q doing

and J. Raymoiid Brummett, doing business as Brummett 4"ircraft
Coraaiy , hereinafter sometimes referred to as Operator, WITNEBSE ,H:
WHEREAS, The City of Jefferson, M , ssouri, is the owiier of
that tract of land situated iii Callaway County, M.. ssouri, known Es
the "Jefferson City Memorial 4,irport"; aL�d
WHEREAS, J. Raymoiid Brummett, doing busi,,ess as Brummett
Aircraft Company, is in possession of a certain portioii of said
Jefferson City ]Memorial Airport tinder a 99 year lease from the
• Ci.ty of Jefferson, M:T,ssouri, iii which lease is reserved the yearly
reAtal of Three Hui,dred Four Dollars 0304 ) , a„d said J. Ray mood
. Brummett desires to aiid is conducting therefrom certain flight
operations which require the use of said Airport;.
VOW, THEREFOREP the said J. Raymond Brummett, doing busiri ss
as Brummett Aircraft Company, for and in consideration of the pr lvi-
lege of operating ai,d carrying on his flight operations and othe
. activities on and from the Hefferson City Memeorial Kirport for he
. period. of one year fran the 1st day of July, 1G51, to the 30th d y
. of June, 1952, hereby covenants and agrees with the said City of
. Jefferson, Missouri, as Follows:
1. Operator agrees to pay to the said owlier, iLi lieu of all other
rentals, the sum of Two Ceuts per gallon on all gasoline deliver( d or
used by daid operator from his pumps located on said Jefferson City
. Memorial kirport, and Two per ce,it. (2%) of his gross business, other
than gasoliiie sales, conducted at said Jefferson City Memorial A rport.
It is mutually iuderstood aid agreed between the parties hereto that
the money to be paid by the operator to the owi,er under this a gr emelit
is iii lieu of all other rentals in my other iustrirrneiit reserved i and
that the first Three Hundred and Four Dollars (yNa304) paid under his
agreement is to be received by the owner as full payment of the eiit
reserved in the aforemeiitioned 99 year lease. It is further mutu lly-
understood and agreed between the parties hereto that the Two Pe
Cent . (2%) herebyagreed to be phid ilicludes the gross iiicome to he
operator from the following: kirplane sales, airline service, cl arter
plane service, student tral. riiiig and my and all other activities and
operations conducted by the said operator on a„d from said Jeffe son
City Memorial kirport.
2. Operator agrees to pay the fees herein reserved on or
before the 15th day of the moth f01l0wiL1g the operation month. n
the event the fees are riot paid by such date, Operator agrees to
pay iiiterest on the unpaid balance at the rate of five ?per cent
(5%) .. and the ow,,er may, at its option, cacicel this agreement.
3. Operator further agrees to keep aiid maintain the areas
used by him in his operations on and from the Jefferson City
Memorial Airport ire a clean and sanitary condition at all times,
and free from rubbish, wrecked planes, parts, a„d detbis of all
kind, under the supervision acid to the satisfaction of the Airpo t
Advisory Committee of the City of Jefferson, Y, ssouri.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the operator has hereto signed his nare
and the 6wner has caused these presents to be signed by its Ma-.Vojp,,
