AN ORDINANCE; AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 254,
ENTITLED "VEHICLES AND TRA1iFIC11 OF THE
CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTE RET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret,
(hereinafter "Borough"), that Chapter 254 entitled "Vehicles and Traffic" of the Code of
the Borough of Carteret is hereby amended and supplemented as follows:
Section 1. §254 -20, entitled "Schedule B: No Parking Anytime." is hereby amended
and supplemented to add the following, the remainder of the ordinance
shall remain unchanged:
Schedule II: No Parking Anytime.

Section 2. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent with the provision
of this Ordinance shall be and are hereby repeated as to the extent of any
such inconsistencies.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be
declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the
section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able
from the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication
according to applicable law.
