BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFj,RSON, MISSOUR , AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle, or any oGFier vehicle, to drive the same at a rate of speed faster than 20 miles per hour on Moreland Avenue between Moreau- Drive and Eminence Drive in the City of Jefferson, Missouri. Section 2.. iLnyone convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 3. All ordinances or Darts of ordi a nces in conflict with thIs orUinance are hereby repealed„ insofar as they so co ritlict. Section 4.
