OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI; AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFj,RSON, MISSOUR ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle,
or any oGFier vehicle, to drive the same at a rate of speed faster
than 20 miles per hour on Moreland Avenue between Moreau- Drive and
Eminence Drive in the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2.. iLnyone convicted of a violation of any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. All ordinances or Darts of ordi a nces in conflict with
thIs orUinance are hereby repealed„ insofar as they so co ritlict.
Section 4. 'phis ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
and after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON?,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unl.awful for the driver of a motor

SEWER DISTRICT I:O. J2"An IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
IN THE NAME OF THE OWE OR OWNERS THEREOF FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
COMPLETING SEWERS THEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, M ISSOURC ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It appearing from the wirtten report of the City ng neex,
the officer in charge of the work of construction and eompletin
sewers, in 'Jewer District No. 72 110 In the City of Joffecsnn
Missouri , heretofore submitteFUY saicFofficer to the City oun it
and approved and filed by it on this 2nd day of June , '952,
at a r egular meeting of the City Council held on this date, tha
the total cost of construction and completing of said sewer , as tanskrz
constructed, amounts to the sum ofd 4153. 50 , and it further
appearing that said report of said officer did apportion said costs
against the several lots of pieces of ground in said sewer Dist ict
No. 72<«A" .. ., exclusive of streets in proportion to the ,aces o the

ways, and it further appearing-�athe total naamber of square eet
contained in the gggregate number of lots and pieces of ground ,
situated in the said Sewer District No72"A" exclusive of tie pmkktrxk
public highways therein amounts to 1836. 79 square feet.

apportionment of said costs such lots or pieces cif ground in sa d
Sewer District NO. 72 "All , so situated, each square foot o
ground contained in said lots`"or pieces of ground in said Sewer
District No. 72"A" is chargeable with the sum of $ 0.022
per square foot.

Now therefore, for the purpose of paying for the work of con-
struction and completion of sewers in said Sewer District No.
72"Ali together with all necessary laterals, inlets, catch
basins, manholes, and other necessary appurtenances thereto
appertaining, there is hereby levied and assessed against the
several and hereinafter described lots or pieces of ground
within the bounds of said Sewer District No. (172 ArIt situated i
the name of the respective name of the owner or owners of said
lots or pieces of ground, a special tax at the rate of $ 0.022
per square foot for each and every square foot of ground- so
situated as of oresaUd.
SECTION 2. Each of the lots or pieces of ground so mentioned
and referred to In Section 1 of this Ordinance, against which
a special tax bill is specified in Section 1 of this Ordinance,
is levied and assessed and the same is hereby levied and' asses ed
and the description of said lots or pieces of ground and the
name of the owner or owners thereof in which the tax is levied
and assessed and the cost per square foot and the amount assessed each
each lot or piece of graind is said sewer District No. 72 f1An,
situated in the name of the owner or owners thereof, the numbe
of square feet owned by each property holder in the lots or pieces

signed by the Mayor and attested and ecorded by the City Clerk m I
