AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISH.rNG THE 3 1RADEOF THE ROADWAY OF LOCiTST STREFT,
FRCM, THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF YILIER STREET TO THE NORTH CURB LIVE OF
ELM,: STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF JEFFERSON'.. '
MISSOURI, ASFOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Locust Street,
from the south curb line of Mlle r Street to the north curb line
of Elm Street, be and hereby is established asf ollows; Beginning
at the center line of Loaist Street and the south curb line of
1411ler Street, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 196. 90;
thence 15 feet, where the ele vation shall be, 196.50; thence 35
feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 193.41; thence' 50
feet where the elevation of the grade shall be, 189.60; thence 50
feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 197.00; thence 50
feet where the elevation of the grade shall be, 185.00; thence 50
feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 188.22; thence 95
feet to the north curb line of Elm .street, where the elevation of t I
grade shall be, 200.4.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
or inconsistent to this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. his Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
